It’s especially helpful for first-time customers or those who have not utilized a professional cleaning service or personally cleaned their homes in the past 45 days. This additional time allows us to meticulously remove all excess dirt and debris.
Move In/move Out Clean
This specialized cleaning service is for those in the process of moving in or out. Please note that it is requisite that the property be vacant.

- Dusting is done generally.
- Floors are swept or vacuumed.
- Hard floors are mopped with a damp mop.
- Trash is emptied.
Bathrooms
- Tubs and showers are cleaned and disinfected.
- Shower doors and tracks are cleaned.
- Towel bars are cleaned and disinfected.
- Light fixtures are dusted.
- Mirrors are cleaned.
- Countertops, sinks, and faucets are cleaned and disinfected.
- Trash is emptied.
- Floors are swept or vacuumed.
- Hard floors are mopped damp.
Bedroom and Common Areas
- Windowsills and blinds are dusted.
- Sliding glass doors are cleaned.
- All flat surfaces (tables, stands, dressers, etc.) are dusted by hand.
- Picture frames and other decorative items are dusted.
- Beds are made, and pillows are arranged (linens are changed if provided).
- Mirrors are cleaned.
- Trash is removed.
- Floors and stairs are vacuumed.
- Hard floors and stairs are mopped damp.

- Heavy stains are removed from tubs and showers.
- Cabinet exteriors are cleaned.

Bedroom and Common Areas
This includes every task from the Bedroom and Common Areas Routine Cleaning list, along with the following:
- Ceiling fans are cleaned.
- Sliding glass door tracks are cleaned.
- Doors and door frames are cleaned.
- Areas under beds and reachable furniture are vacuumed or dust mopped.

When Moving In or Out:
For those in the process of moving in or out, the property should be vacant! This includes all tasks from the Deep Cleaning list, along with the following:
- The fridge interior is cleaned.
- The oven interior is cleaned.
- Cabinet and drawer interiors are cleaned.
- The garage is swept.
- Cleaning inside windows* is not included.
- Cleaning baseboards* is not included.
What We Don’t Address:
Residential house cleaning does not include:
- Bio-hazardous substance cleaning (feces, blood, etc.) is not performed.
- We do not do organization or decluttering. Our focus is on cleaning and disinfecting.
- We do not clean outside windows.
- Heavy furniture is not lifted or moved.
- Carpet or steam cleaning is not performed (however, we can recommend a partner company).
- We do not clean areas that cannot be reached with a two-step ladder or stool.
- We do not serve disrespectful clients.
